RETURNS
Q: Can poly bags be returned?
A: Yes, customer-ordered products can be returned, but they must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.


Q: Can I return an ordered product if it's damaged or unwanted?
A: Yes, if a customer would like to return a product due to damage or dissatisfaction, and it was ordered through our website, it may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us at support@gennzee.com. 

Q: Can I return a defective product?
A: Yes, if a customer would like to return the defective product and it was ordered through our website, it may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

REFUNDS
Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
A: Once we receive your item, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit with 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

CANCELLATIONS

Q: How do I cancel an order placed?
A: Contact us at support@gennzee.com
 to let us know you'd like to cancel an order prior to product shipment. If the product has shipped a cancellation will not be possible.

UT SALES TAX
Q: Why am I charged State Tax?
A: Payment and Order Fulfillment is processed in the state of UT. Orders shipping to the state of Utah are required to pay Utah State Tax which is collected when the order is placed.

SHIPPING

Q: How quick will you ship out the products?
A: We ship within 1 business days of cleared payment.
